SAN FRANCISCO - The Cal State Dominguez Hills softball team dropped both ends of a California Collegiate Athletic Association (CCAA) doubleheader against San Francisco State, Saturday at SFSU Softball Field. The Toros fell 1-0 in game one and 12-2 in five innings in the nightcap. CSUDH is now 15-12 overall and 13-12 in conference play. The Gators improve to 15-10 overall and 12-10 in the CCAA.

WHAT HAPPENED?
- Sophomore
Alyssa Olague was nearly perfect in the circle, striking out a career-high eight. Her only blemish came in the bottom of the sixth as the Gators scored the only run of the game. The Toro offense was limited to just four hits and could not get a run across the plate.
- CSUDH's best opportunity came in the final frame. Senior
Jazmin Guzman drew a walk and sophomore
Chloe Wenger reached on an error to put two runners on. However, the next three Toro batters were retired in order as the Gators sealed the game.
