ARCATA - Cal State Dominguez Hills allowed a goal in the first minute and 89th minute to Humboldt State and fell 2-1 in a California Collegiate Athletic Association (CCAA) men's soccer matchup, Thursday at College Creek Field.

The Toros (4-10-1, 3-7 CCAA) outshot the HSU 21-16, including 11-6 on shots on-goal. CSUDH also had the corner kick advantage 11-5.

The Lumberjacks (8-8, 4-7 CCAA) scored 52 seconds into the game from Isaiah Dairo. The Toros trailed 1-0 at halftime, despite a 12-8 shot advantage.

CSUDH equalized in the 74th minute, as freshman
Cesar Rivera lifted a left-footed cross from the left side and found a the head of senior
Austin De Medeiros on the far post and into the lower right corner of the goal. HSU responded in the 89th minute as Dairo found the back of the net for the second time.
