Toros' 4x100 Relay Leads Contingent at CSULA's Twilight Meet

LOS ANGELES -- The Cal State Dominguez Hills 4x100 relay team of Kristina Scott, LeShaya Evans, Charlene Brown and Sanita McNeally (pictured) continued to shine at the Cal State L.A.-hosted Twilight Meet this afternoon, crossing the tape in a time of 47.45 to lead the Toro track and field contingent.

The quartet bested the host Golden Eagles' top squad by .39 of a second, but kept the Toros still searching for their first provisional time of the year after missing by just .35.

Sanita McNeally also was a near-miss in hier 100 meter dash specialty after finishing 12th in a time of 12.31, just .27 off the "B" time needed to provisionally qualify.
