Box Score
CARSON -- Cal State Dominguez Hills extended its current win streak to three after a 26-28, 25-22, 25-15, 25-14 win in which the Toros got stronger as the match progressed.  Whitney Lee led four Toros with at least 10 kills, hammering 17 with just two errors.

With the win, CSUDH moves to 12-16, 10-11 CCAA.

The Toros raced to an 11-6 lead in the first behind three Whitney Lee kills, only to have the Warriors answer with a 6-0 run to take a 12-11 lead.  An Abbey Prusa blast knotted the score at 12-12, with the teams tying 8 more times down the stretch before a CSUS block assist on an Azieanna Smith hammer and service ace earned the final two points for CSUS in the 28-26 win.

Here's Abbey on tonight's win.

After the Warriors took a quick 3-0 in set two, it was deja vu all over again as the teams tied 12 times, the last at 20-all, before two kills by Prusa and Smith each put the Toros over the top in the 25-22 win to even the match.

The Toros used that momentum to take control of set three, racing to a 15-5 lead behind the strong serving of Korryne Kelley and Rose Greco before splitting the next 20 points to give CSUDH a 25-15 set three win.

Set four was more of the same as CSUDH started strong en route to a 10-3 lead early, and a 20-9 lead late, before putting away the Warriors  by a final of 25-13 to take the match, 3-1.

Prusa chipped in 16 kills with Elizabeth Krieger adding 13 and Smith 11 as the Toros swept the regular season series against the Warriors.

CSUDH will wrap up its 2012 season tomorrow night after honoring its two seniors in Delea Pursel and Rose Greco in a pre-match ceremony.  The match will be streamed live on the Toro Sports Network at www.GoToros.com/live.
