Toros' Hot Second Half Fuels 71-55 Come From Behind Victory Over Otters

SEASIDE, CA -The Toros turned an eight-point deficit at intermission into a 71-55 come from behind victory over Cal State Monterey Bay behind a strong 12-point second half performance from Whitney Gantt. With the win, CSUDH ends its two-game slide and improves to 9-6 overall and 3-5 in conference play.

The Toros won the battle on the glass, 37-29, as Ennisha Kyles led the way with a game-high 10 boards while Gantt chipped in seven.
 
Guard Jessica Liang did the damage from beyond the arc, hitting five three-point bombs en route to a game-high 19 points. Brigayle Iglehart added her 12th double-figure scoring performance of the season with 15 points, while adding four assists and four rebounds off the bench.
 
CSUDH returns home to face Chico State on Friday, January 25, with tip off slated for 5:30 pm in the Torodome
