Danny dropped in 29 points and grabbed 18 rebounds as the Toros dropped two tough games last week to Cal State L.A. and UC San Diego.

Against the Golden Eagles in a 74-72 loss, Tavares poured in team-best totals of 17 points and 8 boards, while adding a double-double of 12 points and 10 rebounds in a double-overtime defeat to the Tritons two days later.

On the week, Tavares went 11-of-24 from the field (45.8%), and 7-of-11 (64%) from the charity stripe.
