Zefora Kemp wins this week's CSUDH Athlete of the Week award after setting a personal best in the 400 meter dash at the University of Hawai`i's Rainbow Relays Saturday.

Kemp ran a time of 58.51 in the 400 meter to set a new personal best. She was also part of both the 4x100 and 4x400 relay performances. She, along with Mariah Walker, Tyrana Beasley and Dominique Roan ran for 47.36 in the 4x100 to win the event and would turn in a 4:13.83 in the 4x400.
