Andrew Fernandes repeats as the CSUDH Athlete of the Week and has earned his third in the last four weeks after posting another impressive performance at the Sonoma State Invitational last week.

The freshman finished 9-under 207 to place himself runner-up in the tournament. He was only two shots short from the eventual winner. Fernandes also carded a personal-best 66 in the third and final round.

He was also important to the Toros scored a combined 288 in the final round that leaped the Cardinal and Gold from sixth to fourth place in the tournament.
