Gunsaulus received the Jennifer Winkelspecht Award at this past year's banquet, an award named after the former Toro volleyball player who passed away before the start of the 1995 season and is presented annually to the Toro who most exemplifies great personal character, has had their achievement recognized by the student-athlete educators and peers, excels in their role on the team and displays this character beyond the field and classroom.
