Lindsey claimed the most prestigious award at the year-end student-athlete banquet, earning the Dr. Richard Butwell award for being excelling in the classroom, in competition and in the community.

Armstrong helped keep the women's soccer team together during a tough season, all while maintaining a perfect 4.0 GPA and participating a litany of community service and health science events, and serving as Vice President of the CSUDH Student-Athlete Advisory Committee (SAAC).
