Rosas penalized Cal State East Bay with a successful penalty kick attempt in the 67th minute as the Toros squeaked by the Pioneers in their penultimate match of the year.

After a defensive battle between the two teams kept the scoreboard unchanged, Rosas connected for third goal of the year to the upper right corner for what proved to be the game-winner that gave CSUDH its second league win of the year.
