Eriksson notched her first career goal as a Toro en route to her first career hat trick in the 11-0 win over Sierra Nevada last Sunday, giving the program its first hat trick since Toro great Jessica Murphy scored 5 goals against San Francisco State in 2011.

Eriksson scored her first two goals in a span of four minutes to begin the game, and then added her third and final goal just minutes into the second half en route to the blowout.
