Sami was a co-recipient of the Mike Sharp Most Inspirational Award, earned at the year-end Student-Athlete Banquet, for best inspiring her teammates to excel in competition through persevering with hope and courage.

This trait was exhibited this year after the team went through a tough transition with a new coaching staff, with Feinstein being the primary person to keep the team together and focused during the spring semester to be ready for the 2015 campaign.
