G for Garcia, B for Breezy, or T for Toro ... Whatever initial you want to use, as long as the initials MV precede it, it's all good as Breanne Garcia was named the CCAA Tournament MVP as the Toros repeated as CCAA Champions last Saturday, earning the No. 2 seed in this week's NCAA playoffs.
Garcia averaged 18.5 points, 6 rebounds, 2 steals, an assist and 0.5 blocks, while nailing all 10 of her free throw attempts in a 69-66 overtime win over CS San Bernardino in the CCAA semi before a 76-57 win over CS East Bay in the final.
For their efforts, the Toros will play No. 7 seed Cal Poly Pomona in Friday's NCAA first round, starting at 3:30 pm.
