Lavendier shined against one of the nation's best in 20th-ranked Cal Baptist, holding the Lancers to just one earned run that came in the bottom of the 9th inning as the Toros took a 2-1 win.

He also fanned 7 batters against just one walk, while scattering 7 hits in 8.2 innings of work.
