Champion played up to her name last weekend as the Toros swept a key CCAA road weekend, earning game-high scoring honors in both contests while setting the school record for 3-pointers made in a single game.

That record fell on Saturday as Champion drilled nine triples in the win at Sonoma State, equaling her career-high of 27 points in the process.

One night prior, Champion went for 16 points in a win at SF State en route to averaging 21.5 points, 5 rebounds, 0.5 assists and 0.5 steals over the weekend.
