Sanchez was the offensive spark plug for the Toros at the Tournament of Champions last weekend, racking up a .429 batting average with 3 bombs, 8 RBI, 4 runs scored and 2 doubles, also postig a whopping .952 slugging percentage en route to being named to the TOC All-Tournament Team.

Already the program's career home run leader, Sanchez went deep thrice in six games as five of her nine total hits went for extra bases.
