Steininger was the man this week as the Toros took three of four games from the Coyotes, boasting a .615 batting average, a .667 on-base percentage and a .692 slugging percentage.
The senior outfielder played in all three of the wins, tallying eight hits in 13 at-bats. From Moreno Valley, he earned a hit in all three games played, including multi-hit efforts in two. Additionally, he scored two runs in each game, and drove in a run in two of the three contests.
Moreover, he hit safely in seven of his first eight at-bats, while swiping three bases in Thursday's opener.
