Salazar was an offensive force for the Toros as the Cardinal and Gold took a pair of wins over Cal State Stanislaus and Cal State East Bay to run CSUDH's win streak to three.

After knotting Friday's game and then tallying an assist to begin the second half in the Stub Hub Center, the reigning CCAA Newcomer of the Year scored his first hat trick as a Toro after scoring in the 24th, 27th and 87th minutes to secure the 5-3 win over the Pioneers on "Think Pink" Sunday.

Salazar took 9 shots on the weekend with 7 coming on goal, and 4 finding paydirt for a .444 shooting percentage and a .778 success rate for shots on goal.
