Was instrumental as the Toros posted a 4-3 record at the Mizuno Tournament of Champions, hosted by Cal State Stanislaus. At the plate over the weekend, Martinez garnered team highs in hits (10), RBI (5) and batting average amongst starters (.417). In addition, the junior transfer notched two of the team's four wins, notching 13 strikeouts in 27.1 innings of work.
