DeShaun also repeated as CSUDH Athlete of the Week after the Toros swept CS Stanislaus and Chico State last weekend to move into a 3-team tie for third in the CCAA.

The junior scoring machine scored a career-high 22 points in the blowout win over Chico State on Saturday, giving him an average of 14.5 points over the weekend.

Freeman drained 50% of his shots including 83.3% from the foul line.
