McGrew led the Toros to a pair of wins, and vaulted them into a 5-team tie for first place in the CCAA Conference with the second half of league play set to begin Friday.

He averaged 14.5 points per game shooting 52.9% from the floor, also contributing 5.0 boards a contest as the Toros held off No. 20 Cal Poly Pomona and San Francisco State.
