Forced into his first-career collegiate start after his All-Region keeper teammate was issued a red card in Friday's contest, the junior keeper proved he was more than up to the challenge as he blanked host CS Stanislaus 1-0 for his first-career shutout.

Davis finished with 5 saves on the day in his starting debut.
