The Los Angeles native opened the 210 outdoor track & field season in full force, grabbing a top finish in the 400-meter dash with a time of 56.55, first among the field of 15 runners representing five universities.

The time is Blake's first NCAA DII provisional qualifying time in the 2010 outdoor season and places her at No. 14 on the Toros' all-time list for the event.  At the present the time is No. 1 in the nation.

Blake also helped lead her teammates to a second place finish in the 4x400-meter relay with a time of 3:54.17.
