Despite not becoming the pitcher of record in his two appearances last weekend, Danny Torres was by far the star of the Toros' bullpen as he dished out six strike outs in his six innings pitched. Overall, Torres limited his opposing batters to a .056 average as he scattered a scant one hit in his 18 batters face.

Torres' best day came in game two against Academy of Art University, when in only two innings on the mound he fanned three of his batters and threw a no-hitter.
