McEwen was the offensive star for the Toros last weekend at the CS Stanislaus-hosted Best of the West Tournament, posting a .667 batting average with 2 home runs, 4 extra base hits and a whopping 1.556 slugging percentage.

Overall, McEwen boasted a .733 on base percentage with 2 runs scored, 2 doubles, 2 home runs, 6 RBI and 5 walks in being the only Toro named to the All-Tournament team.  Additionally, she was perfect at 1B, handling all 43 chances for a perfect 1.000 fielding percentage.
