"This group possesses tremendous internal leadership. We have seasoned guys like Alex Garcia, Isaiah Morris, Jordan Hilstock, DJ Guest who have been in our program for 4-5 years, and their leadership early has been impressive. Hunter Seymour, Andre Ball, David Cheatom and Demorian Lowe are now in years two and three in our program as well, and they have been good early. We have a great group of guys who are excited to continue to build and compete together."

“Cameron is incredibly driven. To say he made the most of his time during Covid, is an understatement. He completed 30 units this past Spring 2022 semester while obtaining two different degrees from two different colleges (Associates degree from San Diego Miramar, Bachelors degree from San Diego State), which is simply remarkable. Cam is an exceptional shooter with a high basketball IQ. He had a program-high 11 threes in a game this season and shot 40 percent from the arc off almost 200 attempts this season. He has strong leadership qualities and understands how to play the game and compliment his teammates. He is a coach’s son, who has been taught to be selfless and sacrifice to win. “Jeremy has a chance to have a special career as a Toro. One of the first things that stood out to me about Jeremy in the recruiting process, was how much he loves the game. He is a winner. He is always in the gym working to get better, and that same drive is applied to his academics, as evident with his 4.15 GPA. Jeremy shoots the basketball at a high level and has a great feel on the court, which will allow him to play on and off the ball for us. He has been well coached by Bernard McCrumby and mentored by top notch professionals such as Pooh Jeter, Devin Williams and Richard Jenkins.
